The Direct Comfort brand DC-DSZC16 16 SEER Heat Pump uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R-410A and features energy efficiencies and operating sound levels that are among the best in the heating and air conditioning industry. R-410A is chlorine-free to help prevent damage to the ozone layer. The DC-DSZC16 features the two-stage, high-efficiency Copeland® UltraTech scroll compressor, which provides improved temperature and humidity control. This unit is designed for the consumer who desires superior comfort, quiet operation, and environmentally friendly air conditioning performance.

Direct Comfort coils are designed for use with Direct Comfort Brand Gas Furnaces, Split System Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps, as well as modular, two-piece blowers. Each cased coil has a quality, galvanized-steel cabinet.

- Suitable for use with R-410A and R-22 refrigerants
- Rust-proof, thermoplastic drain pans feature a low water-retention design
- Check flowrater expansion device for heat pump or cooling-only applications
- Rifled copper tubing and louvered aluminum fin coils on CAPF, CAUF, and CSCF coils
- Rifled aluminum tubing and louvered aluminum fin coils on the CHPF coil
DC-MBVC1200AA (Modular Blower)
The Direct Comfort brand DC-MBVC modular blowers are tailor-made for exceptional energy efficiency. Now fully compatible with the ComfortNet line of communicating equipment, these two-piece blowers increase both installation and application flexibility. Units can be matched with cased coils for upflow, downflow, and horizontal applications.
